Do I need prior Pilates experience to join?

Not at all. Our classes are suitable for beginners, and instructors provide guidance to help you move safely and confidently.

Bring comfortable workout clothing, grip socks, and a water bottle; all equipment is provided at the studio.

For best results, aim for 2–3 sessions per week, depending on your fitness level and goals.

Classes can be booked or canceled easily through our online scheduling system or mobile app within the stated cancellation window.
